Laserbowl-Chapter Two

"You know, being a Youtuber is such a difficult job." Ian said to Anthony on the drive back to the Smosh house. "We have no holidays!"

Anthony let out a chuckle, knowing what Ian wanted to say.

"You want a holiday don't you?"

"Like hell I do!" Ian said, jumping in his seat like a five year old boy when he gets a new toy car.

"Me too. I'll call up the crew and see what we can do about it." Anthony parked the car and looked at Ian; he loved it when Ian was happy.

Anthony sat on the sofa and called the Smosh crew. After a lots of persuasion, they finally agreed. One month off wasn't going to affect anyone all that much, and plus they'd promised to make weekly vlogs, just in case. So after two weeks, Ian, Anthony, Lasercorn, Sohinki, Jovenshire and Mari would be going on trip to New York.

Ian, satisfied with the plan, went to bed early, while Anthony edited the videos. But before Ian fell asleep, Lasercorn called him.

"Hey Ian!" His cheery voice called out.

"Hey Dave," Ian said softly, afraid that Anthony might hear from the other room.

"Babes, you know I was thinking that we should tell the others about our relationship soon. I don't think any of them are actually homophobic. And we don't have to tell the fans if we don't want to. But I think we should tell our friends at least." Lasercorn waited for a response.

"I don't know. But you're right, we have to tell them some day, and I think we should do it sometime now, before the trip." Ian said.

"Tell me when you're ready," Lasercorn said in a gentle tone.

Anthony, from the other room, wanted to ask Ian something and walked over to his bedroom. Ian was almost done with the phone call at that moment, but Anthony reached Ian's room just in time to hear the last thing Ian said to his secret boyfriend, "Love you babes, goodnight!"

Anthony's heart sank. But he didn't show it. As soon as Ian put the phone down, Anthony went inside his friend's room.

"So you got a new girlfriend and never told me about her?" He said, while sitting down on the bed next to Ian. Ian froze immediately. Anthony heard me  talk to David on the phone! But he didn't know it was him I was talking to. Maybe I can fib my way out of this one. No, I shouldn't. We're telling the others soon too. So what if Anthony found out? I don't think he should have any problems with me being gay.

"It's not really a girl," Ian said after debating whether he should tell his friend or not.

Anthony looked confused for a moment, but soon caught on with what Ian had to say.

“So you’re gay?” Anthony asked, rather shocked by what Ian had to say. Ian looked down and silently nodded, fearing the worst. But Anthony just smiled at him.

“Who’s the lucky guy then? Do I know him?” Anthony seemed super happy for Ian, but inside, he was upset. Upset that Ian fell in love with another guy even though they’ve been best friends for years.

When Ian replied by saying “it’s David,” everything suddenly started to make sense to Anthony. The touching, the smiling, being okay with the shipping, their ‘cute moments’, just everything. They were dating! And no one realized.

“We started dating back when the first Iancorn Gamebang happened, I asked him out later that night. But I’ve liked him way before that, and I think he did too.” Ian spoke quietly, still not looking up from his lap.

“Wow, and you never told us? You never even told me that you like him or were dating him?” Anthony questioned Ian.

“I didn’t know how you would respond to my, um, sexuality...I thought you wouldn’t like me if I told you I was gay.” Ian looked like he was about to cry; he was breathing heavily. He was half expecting to yell ‘faggot!’ and run out of the Smosh house, never returning.

“Come on Ian, I wouldn’t mind if you’re gay! We’re best friends!” Anthony said and hugged Ian, who was relieved of his worries. “Plus, I am...gay too...”
Ian’s head jerked up. How come Anthony never told me this? Wow, two gay best friends who haven’t fallen in love with the other, how is this even possible?!

“Really!” Ian exclaimed, happy that both guys’ hidden feeling were finally out, and neither had any objections. “Are you dating someone too?”

“No, but I like someone...” Anthony found himself saying before he even knew it.

“Who?” Ian was literally bouncing with excitement. Anthony thought about this for a while. He obviously couldn’t say Ian, Mari was a girl, both Joven and Lasercorn were already in relationships, so that left him with Sohinki.

“Matt.” Anthony said, and looked at Ian, who looked like he was going to fall off the bed.
“Okay, wow, dude, I’ll try my best to get you guys together! But I’m so frigging happy for you!”

Anthony left the room, shaken from what had just happened. He decided that it was best to call Sohinki, but it was too late. So he sent him a text instead.

Meanwhile, Ian called Lasercorn and told him that Anthony found out and they should tell the rest tomorrow.
